Kathy Lynskey Wines is committed to making full flavoured, well structured wines that have balance and finesse.  Her wines focus on reflecting the ripe fruit flavours of each single varietal, which are handpicked (with the exception of Sauvignon Blanc), in premium condition each year.

The estate vineyard has been planted with selected clones of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and four Dijon clones of Pinot Noir.

Kathy and her partner Kent adopt a “hands-on” approach to vineyard management, ensuring that the vines are crop thinned and leaf plucked each year in order to maximise the intense fruit flavours produced by this special vineyard site.
